Brief Introduction
The furnace shell adopts the double ventilation design to enable the furnace to increase and decrease the temperature rapidly. The furnace door uses cycling hydrocooling to ensure the door without deformation when doing shock-heating and shock-chilling to guarantee the air impermeability of the furnace chamber. The furnace can work under a variety of atmosphere, which broadens its using range. The inside and outside of the box is made of galvanized stainless steel, the outside of which is painted epoxy with delicate design and functions.

SQFL-1700 Atmosphere Box-Type Experimental Furnace

SQFL-1700 vacuum atmosphere box-type furnace with polycrystalline alumina fiber as the imported insulating material adopts B-type double platinum rhodium thermocouple to control temperature and AL manual intelligent regulator and 708P temperature-controlling apparatus to control the temperature automatically.

It uses AL manual intelligence to adjust algorithm without overshoot. It adopts industrial monolithic MPUfour and a half A/D switch and digital rectification and filtering technique to ensure the measuring accuracy up to 0.2 grade(±1℃).
